OshiArt is a fan art marketplace where VTubers set their own official guidelines. When you sell fan art or digital goods, a portion of the revenue is automatically shared with your favorite VTuber.

サイトにアクセスするAccess the Website

「こちらから登録」をクリックClick "Register Here"
ログイン画面下部の「こちらから登録」をクリックしてアカウント作成画面へ。Click "Register Here" at the bottom of the login screen to proceed to account creation.

アカウント情報を入力するEnter Your Account Information
アカウントタイプで 「ファン・二次創作者」 を選択（購入・ファンアート投稿はこちら）。ユーザー名・メールアドレス・パスワード（8文字以上）を入力し、各規約に同意の上 「登録してはじめる」 をクリック。Select "Fan / Derivative Creator" as your account type (for purchasing and posting fan art). Enter your username, email address, and password (at least 8 characters), agree to the terms, then click "Register & Get Started."

メールアドレスを確認するVerify Your Email Address
登録後、「メールアドレスの確認をお願いします」 という画面が表示されます。登録したアドレスに届く 【OshiArt】メールアドレスの確認 という件名のメール内の 「メールアドレスを認証する」 をクリックすると認証が完了し、ログイン画面が開きます。ユーザー名とパスワードでログインしてください。After registering, a "Please verify your email address" screen appears. Open the email titled "[OshiArt] Email Verification" sent to your registered address and click "Verify Email Address." This completes verification and opens the login screen — log in with your username and password.

推しのガイドラインに同意するAgree to Your VTuber's Guidelines
ファンダッシュボードの 「推しVTuber」 タブで、販売したい VTuber の 「ガイドラインに同意する」 をクリック。内容を確認してチェックを入れ、「同意してガイドラインを確定する」 をクリックします。In the "Favorite VTubers" tab of your fan dashboard, click "Agree to Guidelines" for the VTuber whose works you want to sell. Review the content, check the box, then click "Confirm Agreement."

作品情報を入力してアップロードEnter Details & Upload Your Artwork
タイトル・商品説明・価格（¥500〜¥10,000）を入力。収益シミュレーション でリアルタイムに取り分を確認できます。作品画像を選択したら 「作品をアップロード」 をクリック。Enter a title, description, and price (¥500–¥10,000). Use the Revenue Simulator to see your share in real time. Select your artwork image and click "Upload Artwork."
「作品をアップロード」をクリックすると確認ダイアログが表示されます。「私はこの作品を自分自身で制作しました。第三者への委託・依頼作品ではなく、また第三者が制作した素材（パーツ・背景等）を許諾なく組み込んでいません。」という内容を確認し、チェックボックスにチェックを入れて同意（利用規約第5条第4項および第7条第14号）した上で、もう一度 「作品をアップロード」 をクリックすると投稿が完了します。Clicking "Upload Artwork" shows a confirmation dialog. Please review the statement "I created this artwork myself. It is not commissioned or outsourced work, and does not include any unauthorized third-party materials (parts, backgrounds, etc.)", check the box to agree (Terms of Service Article 5, Paragraph 4 and Article 7, Item 14), then click "Upload Artwork" again to complete your submission.

審査結果を待つWait for Review
アップロード後は 「下書き」→「審査待ち」 のステータスになります。運営確認後、ガイドラインに沿った作品は 「公開中」 に切り替わりマーケットプレイスに表示されます。After uploading, your artwork status will be "Draft" → "Pending Review." Once approved by the team, guideline-compliant works will switch to "Live" and appear on the marketplace.
✅ 取り消したい場合は「非公開にする」をクリック✅ To unpublish, click "Make Private"
ガイドラインに沿った作品は確認後に「公開中」に切り替わります。Artwork that follows the guidelines will be set to "Live" after review.

売上の受け取り設定（振込先登録）Setting Up Payout (Bank Account Registration)作品が売れた際に収益を受け取るには、振込先口座の登録が必要です。ダッシュボードの 「支援履歴」 タブ → 「振込先を登録する」 から外部フォームへ進み、口座情報を入力してください。To receive your earnings, you must register a bank account. Go to the "Support History" tab in your dashboard → click "Register Payout Account" to open the form and enter your bank details.

作品を購入するPurchasing Artworkマーケットプレイスで作品を見つけるFind Artwork on the Marketplace
「マーケットプレイス」タブで公開中の作品が一覧表示。気になる作品の「購入ページを開く」をクリック。Browse live listings in the "Marketplace" tab. Click "Open Purchase Page" on any artwork you like.
Shopify ページで決済するComplete Payment on Shopify
「今すぐ支払う」をクリックして購入を完了します。Click "Pay Now" to complete your purchase. Payment is processed securely by Shopify.
メールでダウンロードリンクを受け取るReceive a Download Link by Email
Shopに登録したメールアドレス宛に、contact@etaforceai.com からダウンロードリンクが届きます。メールを開いて「ダウンロード」ボタンをクリックし、作品を受け取ってください。メール内には 購入作品の利用範囲についての注意事項（OK / NG の例） も記載されていますので、あわせてご確認ください。A download link will be sent to your registered Shopify email from contact@etaforceai.com. Open the email and click the "Download" button to receive your artwork. The email also includes a notice on permitted and prohibited uses of your purchase, so please give it a read.

非営利目的であれば、以下の範囲でご自由にお楽しみいただけます。As long as it's non-commercial, you're free to enjoy your purchase in the following ways:
- スマホ・PC の壁紙や待受画面として個人的に鑑賞するSet it as wallpaper or a lock screen on your phone or PC for personal viewing
- 自分の SNS アカウントのプロフィール画像（アイコン）やヘッダー画像に設定するUse it as your profile picture (icon) or header image on your own SNS account
- SNS などで「購入した作品です」と明記した上で紹介するShare it on SNS as an introduction post, as long as you clearly state it's a purchased work
- 複製して、アクリルスタンドや缶バッジなど、自分で私的に楽しむためのグッズを作るReproduce it to make personal-use goods like acrylic stands or button badges, for your own enjoyment
Q購入すれば、その作品の著作権は自分のものになるの？Does buying the artwork mean I own the copyright?▾
いいえ。購入コンテンツの著作権やその他の権利は、投稿したクリエイター（またはその元となる素材の権利者）に帰属したままで、購入者に移転することはありません。購入はあくまで、上記の範囲内での利用を認めるものです。No. The copyright and all other rights to purchased content remain with the creator who posted it (or the rights holder of the original material) and are never transferred to the buyer. Your purchase only grants you the right to use the work within the scope described above.

はい。投稿された二次創作物について、対象クリエイター（VTuber・IPホルダー）は管理画面から 無償でダウンロード し、以下の範囲で利用できます。Yes. For any fan art posted, the featured VTuber/IP holder can download it for free from their dashboard and use it within the following scope.
- 配信・動画のサムネイル、背景、オーバーレイ（収益化チャンネルでの利用も可）Stream/video thumbnails, backgrounds, or overlays (including on monetized channels)
- 公式 SNS（X・Instagram 等）での告知・プロモーション投稿Announcement/promotional posts on official SNS accounts (X, Instagram, etc.)
- 非売品ノベルティや告知ポスター・フライヤーへの使用Non-for-sale novelties, promotional posters, and flyers
- 上記に伴う軽微な改変（トリミング・文字重ね・色調整など）Minor edits needed for the above (cropping, text overlays, color adjustments, etc.)
